Suat Dasdemir, an entrepreneur with a taste for pushing boundaries, dreamt of opening a restaurant with his family, especially after the closure of their auto detailing business from the COVID-19 pandemic. Suat was keen on ideating on a compelling food concept that would influence the classic American burger with a symphony of spices, ingredients, and methods inspired by international cuisines.
